Buyer Points


  • Deposit your Good Faith money in Escrow (3 days from acceptance)
  • Transaction Coordinator (Kay Fisher) to send you calendar with important dates and disclosures.
  • Conduct inspections ask for repairs—if not already done!
  • Get Mortgage broker all your financial documents and a copy of ratified purchase agreement.
  • Obtain home insurance
  • Read and sign all seller disclosures
  • Choose how you want to hold title of the home– see vesting sheet below
  • Acknowledge Closing Disclosure from Mortgage company (3 day waiting period)
  • Lender sends mortgage paperwork to Escrow. Buyer Brings in remaining deposit funds to title/escrow company and buyer signs with notary all mortgage documents
  • Lender sends final funds to escrow to close, next day Title records the property in buyers names and you GET KEYS TO YOUR NEW HOME!!!
