- Conduct inspections ask for repairs—if not already done!
- Get Mortgage broker all your financial documents and a copy of ratified purchase agreement.
- Obtain home insurance
- Read and sign all seller disclosures
- Choose how you want to hold title of the home– see vesting sheet below
- Acknowledge Closing Disclosure from Mortgage company (3 day waiting period)
- Lender sends mortgage paperwork to Escrow. Buyer Brings in remaining deposit funds to title/escrow company and buyer signs with notary all mortgage documents
- Lender sends final funds to escrow to close, next day Title records the property in buyers names and you GET KEYS TO YOUR NEW HOME!!!
